What areas in Malaysia do you serve?+
We primarily serve Kuala Lumpur and Selangor (Klang Valley). If your property is outside these areas, send us the location on WhatsApp and our team will check availability.
Where are Alderwood cabinets manufactured?+
Cabinetry is custom-made through our Foshan production supply chain, then measured, delivered and installed locally by our Malaysia-based team.
How does the consultation process work?+
It starts with a WhatsApp conversation about your needs, followed by sharing your floor plan or measurements, a site measurement visit, and a proposed design with material options.
Can I customise materials, colours and finishes?+
Yes — our team will walk you through the available material and finish options for your project during the design stage.
Do you provide after-sales support?+
Yes, our team remains your point of contact after installation for any follow-up questions or concerns.
What is your payment structure?+
